Below are links to important documents relating to the Springwell Solar Farm DCO:
- Illustrative Layout Plans and Sections – This is a series of plans showing the consented layout of Springwell Solar Farm
- The Development Consent Order – This is the Order granting development consent for the project, and other powers and permissions which are required to enable the project to be carried out.
- The Secretary of State’s decision letter – This is the decision letter by the Secretary of State.
- The Examining Authority’s Recommendation Report – This is the Recommendation Report which outlines the Examining Authority’s recommendation to the Secretary of State.
- Statement of Reasons – This document explains why it is necessary, proportionate and justifiable for the
Application to seek powers of compulsory acquisition. - Book of Reference – This document lists all land plots affected by the Project and identifies every person or organization with a legal interest in those plots.
- Land Plans – Plans which support the Book of Reference identifying land plots affected by the Project.
- Section 134 notice – The notice of compulsory acquisition following the Project being granted consent.
